Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the home items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective wrappings are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
